The Healthcare Marketing Maestros Awards 2026 celebrate outstanding individuals, teams, organisations and campaigns contributing to the advancement of healthcare marketing.
01. Lifetime Achievement Award in Healthcare Marketing
This prestigious award honours a veteran professional whose sustained contribution has significantly influenced healthcare marketing over the course of their career. Evaluation will consider long-term industry contribution, leadership, professional achievements, innovation, ethical marketing practices, mentorship, influence on future professionals and the lasting legacy created within healthcare marketing.
02. Excellence in Healthcare Marketing Education Award
Recognising educators, academicians, trainers, mentors and professionals who have made meaningful contributions to healthcare marketing education and professional development. Evaluation will consider teaching and training contributions, development of educational programmes, innovative learning methods, research, mentorship and demonstrable impact on students or healthcare marketing professionals.
03. Innovator of the Year
Recognising an individual, team or organisation that has introduced an innovative idea, approach, technology, platform or marketing model capable of improving the way healthcare is marketed or communicated. Evaluation will focus on originality, practical implementation, healthcare relevance, problem-solving, measurable outcomes, scalability and the overall impact created by the innovation.in healthcare.
04. Excellence in Patient Communication
Recognising exceptional communication initiatives that help patients better understand healthcare services, treatments, prevention or their overall healthcare journey. Evaluation will consider clarity, empathy, accuracy, accessibility, creativity, patient relevance and the initiative’s ability to improve patient awareness, engagement, experience or satisfaction.
05. Leadership in Healthcare Marketing
Recognising healthcare marketing professionals who demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic vision and the ability to build and inspire successful teams. Evaluation will consider strategic contribution, team leadership, innovation, organisational impact, professional achievements, mentorship, ethical practices and contribution to the wider healthcare marketing profession.
06. Rising Star in Healthcare Marketing
Dedicated to promising professionals with less than five years of experience in healthcare marketingwho are already demonstrating exceptional talent and potential. Evaluation will focus on initiative, creativity, quality of execution, professional achievements, measurable contribution, problem-solving ability, learning agility and potential to become a future healthcare marketing leader.
7.1. Social Media Campaign
(Best Digital Marketing Campaign)
Recognising an outstanding healthcare social media campaign executed across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or other relevant social channels. Evaluation will consider campaign strategy, audience understanding, content quality, creativity, platform utilisation, engagement, reach, lead or enquiry generation where applicable and measurable campaign performance.
7.2. YouTube Video / Reels Campaign
(Best Digital Marketing Campaign)
Recognising healthcare marketing campaigns that effectively use YouTube, Reels or other video-led platforms to communicate with their audiences. Evaluation will consider storytelling, originality, visual and production quality, healthcare relevance, audience engagement, reach, watch behaviour, message clarity and demonstrable impact.
8.1. Corporate Identity / Logo Design
(Outstanding Brand Development)
Recognising outstanding development or transformation of a healthcare brand’s visual identity through logo design and corporate identity. Entries may include new healthcare brands as well as significant rebranding initiatives. Evaluation will consider strategic thinking, originality, visual quality, relevance, distinctiveness, consistency and the identity’s ability to strengthen brand recognition and positioning.
8.2. Brochure Design
(Outstanding Brand Development)
Recognising an outstanding healthcare brochure or marketing collateral that combines effective communication with strong visual design. Evaluation will consider design quality, information hierarchy, readability, creativity, accuracy of healthcare communication, brand consistency, audience relevance and overall effectiveness.
9.1. Print / Press / Outdoor Advertising Campaign / Poster
(Creative Campaign of the Year)
Recognising creative healthcare advertising executed through print, press, outdoor media, posters or related offline formats. Evaluation will consider the strength of the central creative idea, originality, visual and copy execution, relevance to the target audience, brand alignment, recall value and overall campaign impact.
Special Evaluation Note: Creative quality, originality and impact will carry greater weight in this category.
9.2 Radio Campaign
(Creative Campaign of the Year)
Recognising an effective healthcare marketing campaign developed specifically for radio or audio-led communication. Evaluation will consider originality, scripting, storytelling, message clarity, memorability, audience relevance, quality of execution, call-to-action and the campaign’s ability to generate awareness or measurable response.
10.1. Meta & Google Performance Marketing Campaign
(Best Use of Data & Analytics)
Recognising healthcare performance marketing campaigns that have effectively used Meta and Google platforms to deliver measurable outcomes. Evaluation will consider audience targeting, use of data, campaign structure, optimisation strategy, conversion tracking and measurable results such as leads, enquiries, appointments, conversions, cost efficiency and return on marketing investment, wherever applicable.
11.1. Healthcare PR Campaign
(Community Impact Award)
Recognising an outstanding public relations campaign that has strengthened awareness, credibility, reputation or stakeholder engagement for a healthcare organisation, service or public-health initiative. Evaluation will consider communication objectives, PR strategy, messaging, media engagement, earned visibility, stakeholder response and measurable communication or reputation impact.
11.2 Exhibition / Stall Design / Healthcare Conference / Summit
(Community Impact Award)
Recognising excellence in healthcare exhibitions, stall experiences, conferences, summits or similar physical engagement platforms. Evaluation will consider originality of concept, visual and spatial execution, branding, visitor experience, engagement activities, target-audience relevance and measurable outcomes such as interactions, leads, participation, networking or brand visibility.
12.1. Medical Camp Marketing / Disease Awareness Campaign / Preventive Healthcare Campaign
(Sustainable Marketing Initiative)
Recognising healthcare initiatives designed to create meaningful and sustainable community impact through medical camps, disease-awareness programmes or preventive healthcare campaigns. Evaluation will consider the relevance of the health issue addressed, ethical communication, community reach, accessibility, participation, partnerships and measurable outcomes related to awareness, screening, preventive action, behaviour change or community benefit.

The Healthcare Marketing Maestros Awards are open to relevant individuals, teams and organisations working within or serving the healthcare sector, including:

- Government healthcare organisations

- Other organisations and professionals contributing to healthcare marketing
The nominee or submitting organisation should have played a meaningful role in the work being entered.
Campaign and project-based nominations should directly relate to healthcare, healthcare services, patient communication, health awareness or healthcare marketing.
Every nomination should be supported by sufficient evidence demonstrating the work undertaken and its impact.
Depending on the category, nominees should be prepared to provide:
- Brief profile of the nominee, team or organisation
- Objective or challenge addressed
- Target audience
- Strategy and approach adopted
- Details of execution
- Relevant creatives, designs, photographs, videos or campaign material
- Screenshots, analytics, media coverage or supporting proof wherever applicable
- Results and measurable impact
- Short presentation or supporting document explaining the nomination
Incomplete, duplicate, fictitious or unverifiable nominations may be rejected during the screening process.
Each eligible nomination will be evaluated according to the requirements of the respective award category.
The jury will broadly consider:
Category Relevance
How strongly the entry aligns with the purpose and requirements of the selected award category.
Strategy & Objective
Clarity of the challenge, objective, target audience and strategic approach.
Creativity & Innovation
Originality of thinking and ability to develop effective or differentiated solutions.
Quality of Execution
Professionalism, consistency and effectiveness with which the idea or strategy was implemented.
Measurable Impact
Demonstrated outcomes such as awareness, engagement, enquiries, conversions, patient participation, business impact, brand impact, community impact or other relevant results.
Supporting Evidence
Quality and credibility of analytics, data, creatives, documents, media coverage, testimonials or other proof provided with the nomination.
Healthcare Relevance & Ethical Practice
Responsible, accurate and ethical communication appropriate for the healthcare sector.
Where relevant, the jury may consider both quantitative results and qualitative impact, ensuring that entries are not evaluated solely on the basis of budget, organisation size or campaign reach.
