She brings with her a wealth of experience, having over 9 years in Hospital Operations, including her current role as the Lead at the Transformation Management Office at Sterling Hospitals, Ahmedabad. In her previous positions, she successfully managed a broad spectrum of responsibilities, ranging from Billing, MIS, and Insurance to Corporate partnerships, Revenue Cycle Management, Pricing, Costing, and Doctors Accounting, along with Outsourced Services, Hospitality, Quality, and Patient Experience Management.

She is known for her remarkable achievements in developing SOPs, service standards, and operational policies. She has a knack for planning and implementing effective control measures, all aimed at minimizing the running costs of healthcare facilities. Her expertise in Clinical and Operational Administration, Regulatory Compliance, Deployment of Quality Standards and ensuring smooth functioning and Team Building, make her extra ordinary.
